PVDF Sheet product description
PVDF Sheet (white/dark gray): Chinese polyvinylidene fluoride Sheet, the English name Polyvinylidene fluoride, is extruded into a Sheet with PVDF resin at high temperature. It is a fairly pure polymer. It does not contain UV stabilizers, heat Additives such as stabilizers, softeners, lubricants or flame retardants. PDF plates can be welded into tanks and equipment with PVDF welding rods. Used to hold various chemical liquids. It is especially suitable for the transmission of pure water systems and pure chemical reagents in the semiconductor industry. Due to the chemical inertness of PVDF, it hardly reacts with any medium.
High temperature resistance (can work continuously at 172 degrees), excellent resistance to chemical corrosion and hydrolysis, outstanding UV resistance and weather resistance. High mechanical strength, good rigidity, good creep resistance, good sliding and wear resistance, inherent low flammability, and good electrical insulation performance.

Features of PVDF Sheet
It has higher rigidity and pressure bearing capacity than similar PTFE, but its smoothness and electrical insulation are slightly inferior. It has high strength and high toughness under low temperature conditions and can be extinguished by itself. Its working temperature is between -60°C and +150°C. PVDF is stable to chloride, bromide and energy rays. Both ester and ketone solutions can cause erosion at high temperatures
Disadvantages of PVDF Sheet
Smoke that contains fluorine when burned is not easy to stick.
PVDF Sheet use
Electronic industry fields such as semiconductors and liquid crystal related devices, chemical equipment fields, food processing equipment, packaging equipment, various parts, pipes, seals, pump parts, rotating discs, valves, slide rails, etc. Suitable for petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, food, paper, textile, pipes, seals, pump parts, rotating discs, valves, stop valves, extraction centrifuges, cogwheels, pipe connections, slide rails. Component manufacturing for the pharmaceutical and nuclear energy industries.
